Angelique started off with a vicious game against the Niggaroth Darkskins, scoring the only touchdown for Acacia Thorn amidst harsh opposition. Late in the game there was an altercation with the Darkskins Witch Elf, Alhana Ihozaven, resulting in a concussion for Angelique and the untimely death of the Witch Elf scorer.. Acacia Thorn expresses their condolences to the Niggaroth Darkskins and wishes the team well. In two poor games for Acacia Thorn, Angelique excelled - a bright spot on an otherwise dismal day. Scoring once against the Rabble, and twice against the Doublecrossers. Unfortunately late in the game against the Skaven, Angelique was blocked badly, breaking ribs and was forced to miss a game.
Back in the squad again, Angelique showed that he has not suffered from his break from the game and indeed gave a performance that was stunning. Scoring both touchdowns and winning Most Valued Player, Angelique is clearly one of the brightest stars in Acacia Thorn.
Scoring 2 touchdowns and voted Most Valued Player again, Angelique is earning his paycheck beyond a doubt. Breaking free every time of the vicious grinder that was Teh Orczes front line, Angelique demonstrate the agility and panache that only a wood elf player can produce.

Shedu Mutenye is proving to be a valuable supporting player, having set up successful touchdowns in both games played to date.
Injured and forced to spend most of the game against the Red Scar Rabble on the sidelines, Shedu made up for it in the Doublecrosser game, setting up both successful touchdowns.
A good game against the Kunning Stunts for Mutenye, he is becoming a player to watch in Acacia Thorn, making 3 successful passes, mainly at long pass range.
Again a stalwart performance by Shedu, despite unfortunate injuries which made him spend much of the game against We Will Survive on the bench.
Mutenye again proved his value to the team in the match against Teh Orczez, setting up two of the five touchdowns.
Alves is making his name as good line player and was voted Most Valued Player in the game against the Niggaroth Darkskins. Goncalo Alves had a hard game against the Rabble, injured for most of the game and again against the Doublecrossers - making a successful pass but a nasty block broke an ankle and it is unlikely Alves will fully recover. Still whilst, recovering Goncalo has clearly been spending some time down the gymn and picked up the Block skill to make up for his recent handicap.
This proved its worth in the game against the halfling team, We Will Survive where Alves caused a casualty on the halfling team, sadly from which they never recovered.
Kempas really earned his paycheck this last games, winning most valuable player against the Doublecrossers and being first in the line against the Rabble until injury forced him out. Another player to be watched in the future.
Kempas gave a valuable assist in the game against Teh Orczez, completing a pass to Angelique. He, like the rest of the team, mourns Padauk and Quercus whose deaths have left the front line dangerously weak.
An ugly streak is starting to show in Acacia Thorn's lineman Merbau. Causing an injury in the match against the Darkskins and being sent off for fouling versus Pullistus, Merbau is clearly not making a good name for himself.
