* 1 part dry vermouth
Preparation: Traditionally stirred into a chilled glass, garnished, and served straight up.
Notes: The ratio of gin to vermouth is highly variable in martini recipes.

* ½ Fresh Lime cut into 4 wedges
* 2 teaspoons Muscovado sugar
Preparation: Place lime and sugar into old fashioned glass and muddle (mash the two ingredients together using
a muddler or a wooden spoon). Fill the glass with crushed ice and add the Cachaça.
Notes: A wide variety of fresh fruits can be used in place of lime. In the absence of cachaça, vodka can be used.

* 3.5cl (seven parts) tequila
* 2.0cl (four parts) Cointreau or Triple Sec

ice, then carefully pour into the glass (taking care not to dislodge any salt). Garnish and serve over ice.

* 1 Teaspoon powdered sugar
* 4 Mint leaves
* 6.0 cl Lime juice
* 6.0 cl Havana Club white Rum

Preparation: Place the mint leaves into a long glass and squeeze the juice from a cut lime over it. Add the powdered
sugar, gently smash the mint into the lime juice and sugar with a muddler. Add crushed ice then add the rum and
stir, and top off with the club soda. Garnish with a mint sprig.
