High Level Sorcerer.
Worked as an informer for the party by a higher being, but also masterminded the plans to foil their attempts at expunging an Evil King from the throne.

Met his end at the final battle. Didnt manage to cast his teleport and was exterminated.

Was a good guy, even to the end. Showed up whenever he wasnt needed. Even gave advice when it was needed.
Was a sumo-wrestler and despite his large frame, still as nimble as any monk.

Also dead. Met his end when he finally realized that the party members werent as good as he had foreseen. He attacked them when he learned but couldnt keep handle all of them at once and was cut down. (Where after the party members went on a rampage, established a stronghold and still, to this day, rules as evil overlords.)

Clickit spent way too long in the nature by himself.
Soon talking to animals even though they never responded.
He became blind to people around him and when he ventured outside the forest he went mad. Demolishing everything not nature. Sending hordes of wild beasts out to wreak havoc on the poor city.

It was up to the party members to stop him. They fought for their lives against the power of nature and finally found themself face to face with the druid himself.

Where they talked some sense into him. Surprising me completely, they didnt just beat him up.
The druid now serves as a link between nature and civilization, keeping both from interfering too much with the other.

Yeah. This guy was from a not so serious campaign.
The evil wizard trying to gain immortality and absolute power.

Lots of undeadbashing ensued and he went down for the count. About 8 times before they finally managed to find his Phylactery and stop this nonsense.

Actually one of my first PCs, turned into an NPC when I started GMing.
Kinda nothing more than a Henchman for a big organisation that they never really got to infiltrate. But they did manage to cause some fuss and foil their evil plans.

But Ansell is still alive. Just like my very first PC. Causing trouble everywhere!

The evil Villain of my upcoming campaign in progress.

The head of an evil Dragon cult. Bent on bringing about death and destruction.
Summoning the Avatar of Tiamat to help them. Sitting in his evil Lair, sending out messengers to do his will and spread the word of their cult.

Summoned by Lathean as a personal bodyguard.
He gets a fresh supply of souls now and then as long as he protects and works for his dragon master.

This guy is gonna be mean. Not only with fireballs and such to devestate cities. But also the fighting capability to humiliate PCs.

This guy is more of a backup NPC.
Im gonna use him if the PCs turn to the dark side. More of a "Destroy this evil cult or taste my wrath!"

But kinda only if the party as a cleric or two.
And its always fun to threaten the PCs. They always do something dumb afterwads.

A very very old demented Silver Great Wyrm.
At the beginning being used by Lathean. Tricked into doing some rather evil stuff.
Bringing in good people to the cult. Helping in the sacrifices.

The PCs will have to free him of the vile clutch of Lathean or destroy him. Their choice.
