Yoshitsune, the proud merciless warrior

This commander of the white clad Genji gang aspires to living a "mononofu" life of fighting instead of a philosophical "samurai" existance.
His drawn sword craves the blood of a truly worthy opponent. Being cruel and heartless,
an unusual nihilism bewitchingly resonates from a place deep inside him.

Most amazing thing: he can stop a katana with his bare hands eyes closed!

Kiyomori, the desperate tyrant

Kiyomori, who is also known as Henry VI., leads the Heike clan dressed in red.
Garbed in dwarfen armor, he used to spray the battlefield with his Gatlin gun screaming, "I won't die until we win!".
And well, his bestial war cry still echoes through the arenas at sunset!

Seemed to be killed in the first game, he's back... and he's very angry!

Wow, when he keeps on dying like this, he really will be Henry VI !!!
Well... I think that's his masterplan... s*cker!

Yoichi, a crazed incarnation of death

As the craziest Genji of the lot, Yoichi magnificently used to wield his deadly crossbow.
Setting his sight on his pray, Yoichi's eyes dazzle.

Ruriko, a kind hearted Calamity Jane

Ruriko, a descendant of the defeated Heike soldiers, who settled the town,
runs the general store and watches over her grandsom Heihachi.
But an eternal legend is hiding behind her business as usual glare.
If there's killing to be done, the Bloody Ruriko is your woman!

Hideaki, neither Genji nor Heike, like a rose growing and deceiding which color to take...

The Sheriff, a man frightened of authority and himself

A cloud of dust tears across tje desolate town. Walking a fine line between the Heike and the Genji gangs,
this opportunistic sheriff somehow survived the feud with his split personalities.

After second death, got niggled, and now he's back from rehab.

Heike family, descendant Ruriko's son, Shizuka's husband and Heihachi's father.
He died in the feud of the clans, but surprisingly managed to return in one piece... and alive!
Boiling with rage over his wife's s*x-life while he was gone, his opponents gonna pay...!

Third revival now... *sigh*

Piringo, a Mythic Gunslinger

This homeless wanderer dressed in a poncho has a deep knowledge of the impermanence of worldly things according to Oriental philosophy.
Going by the name Piringo, this man, who loved a sala flower of a woman, guns down the proud.

Toshio, the Apprentice

Educated by Yoshitsune in the way of "mononofu", his chance to proove himself has finally come.
Cutting heads in half by wielding his katana, he will turn the blood bowl field into chaos.

Benkei, a tender-hearted hero

Leave the firepower to Benkei who provides dynamite, rifles and machine guns.
As Yoshitsune's right hand man and gang hooligan, his game play is monstrous.
