The Pirate Captain, just by being present on the field of play, ensures that any victory that The Pirates! obtain is due to his rapier wit, immaculate vision, and strength of heart. Even when he's sitting on the floor complaining about the toe he has just stubbed and his affable number 2, the pirate with a scarf, runs a touchdown in, it was all down to the Pirate Captain's magnificent planning that such a play has come off! He's a legend in his own right, with a humility defence shield that would make Inspector Clouseau blush, but every now and then he really does something spectacular that convinces the crew that he really is the man they want to follow!

The Pirate Captain's affable number two. Whenever the Pirate Captain finds himself in trouble, its usually the pirate with a scarf that resolves the issue in a quiet yet authoritative manner. Has the patience of a saint, especially as he's the one that has to rub The Captain's belly better after picking up an injury, and commands the respect of the rest of the crew for such a gallant endeavour.

The pirate with gout drinks too much port. Is usually the crewman often regaled with a hilarious rendition of what shall we do with the drunken sailor. The astuteness of The Pirate Captain has the pirate with gout earmarked as quality line-fodder!

The parents of the pirate called Colin didn't like him very much, hence why he was given the name Colin. Ridicule and humiliation has since followed him round every corner. He seems to be rubbish at Blood Bowl as well!
