New Ulthan Patriots
Once a mercenary for hire, Charoi Farthrow was one to drown his sorrows in the pub in his home town in Estelia, 'The Masters End'. On one night of violent debauchery, Charoi was involved in a fight with a group of dwarfs, also exceedingly drunk. Fending of their clumsy blows, he then shoved one through a wall, then pick another up, launching him through the window facing the street. On any other night, this would have just landed him into the watch house of the militia, but that night, coach Samuel 'The Anarchist' McGinness was present. Impressed by the drunk elves skill, he immediately hired the elf before he could get an agent.
In the beginning this turned out to be a terrible mistake, as Charoi did not take well to the strict training Coach Samuel put the team under. Often turning up to training drunk and violent, he was frequently fired and subsequently hired in fits of rage and pique respectively. Soon after his first game though, this changed.
After his usual drunken nights before team events, Charoi stumbled onto the pitch against the Zarr-Naggrund Exiles. His eyes bleary, head aching, he subsequently was taken apart and thrashed by the Chaos Dwarf players. Waking up a few days later in a pain-killer educed haze, he had a revelation. Charoi is now one of the most committed players on the New Ulthan Patriots, and on the fast tract to becoming the leader for many years to come, if he's not killed first...
The once loved thrower for the High Elf team, the 'Ulthan Giants', Arhain the Noble soon grew tired of the constant winging of his team mates. A particular rough High Elf, he never felt as a part of the team. He was considering going freelance around elf and human teams (having a particular distain for any other race, especially against dwarfs). Fortunately, Coach Samuel 'The Anarchist' McGinness was able to sign the thrower to back up his recently hired thrower, Charoi Farthrow (thinking that Charoi's drinking ways would continue).
Arhain took well to the Elves rough and ready attitude (compared the High Elves). Frequently getting involved in the mid-pitch brawls, only to break through and throw a long bomb to a player waiting down field, Arhain was welcomed and accepted into the team. Though not as skillful as Charoi, he is more consistent, not one to drink excess. His future looks bright within the 'New Ulthan Patriots', if he's not killed first...
