Dark Souls
Kilthgar the Black was the original "head man" of the 'Souls, but as of late hasn't really done much...his lack of SPP-garnering has relegated him to a brute-force role he seems to be having troubles filling, and the ball doesn't seem to be heading his way for those game-saving touchdowns as often.

Some inspired effort and training from him as of late has given him a boost of quickness, something he hopes will help him land more touchdowns and more glory.
After getting a bit of a permanent back-ache from his latest training, Yggdrasil decided his quickness and deftness with the ball would be put to better use in the backfield, and he has decided to put himself to use as a Thrower, leaving part of his heavy-hitting duties to Fleshripper, using his newly-gained strength from Khorne.

Yggdrasil has taken a liking to his rear-guard position, and is beginning to quite happily fall into the "groove" of the backfield player...much to the embarassment of his teammates, watching a Chaos Warrior tossing the ball like some sort of pansy Elf.
Brogash is becoming quickly known as "The Apothecary's Best Friend"...because at the start of the match his Claw sweeps out and...well...the Apothecary gets the rest of the day off!

He doesn't mind though, he likes making people happy. At the expense of other people, yes, but still! He makes people happy.

Especially those Apothecaries that usually sit on the bench the entire game and look bored. Gives them a chance to go to the beach or such.
Mag'reth has found himself stuck in the role of "Kilthgar, Jr." and hasn't seemed to shake it yet.

He hopes once he trains a bit more that he'll be able to pick up some 'urtyness and shake off his appearance as Kilthgar's understudy.

The subtle addition of a "freakin' 'uge" (his words) spike on his right gauntlet seems to have made a minor addition to his hitting ability, now he's hoping the refs don't notice.
Trogdor is the worst Beastman ever to step on the Blood Bowl pitch, and everyone seems to know it but him. He constantly tries to do...um...anything, and fails.

Picking up the ball, hitting people, catching, Going For It...he fails at it all. He is the most multi-talented failure in the history of Blood Bowl.

Trogdor also enjoys spending his entire life in the Badly Hurt and Knocked Out boxes, cheering on the rest of his team. They don't mind really, he doesn't cause turnovers in there.

15 games to get his first skill, 29 to get the second. God I hate you, Trogdor.

He received a Smashed Hand (Niggle) in his 33rd game...the first injured player in fifteen games for the 'Souls...but he'll stay on, as a mascot.

Plus the team needs a kicker and all...

Known around the lockers as "The Ugly One", Grishnak seems to have that as his only defining characteristic. Always stuck on the line to absorb hits, he finds his unpleasant appearance never seems to come into play in any meaningful way.

Perhaps with a bit more training he can better define his position on the team.
Prax mistakenly wandered onto a BB pitch and found himself playing for the 'Souls through a bit of mistaken identity. Oddly enough after his first game, he was declared the MVP, which helped him decide he didn't mind this game so much, and he signed onto the 'Souls permanently.

He really hasn't done much since then, but likes the way Womanslayer injures so many people, and has decided to stay around and see if he can pick up any tips from his fellow Beastman.

Womanslayer is a throwback to "classic" Chaos teams...Claws, Tackle, Piling On...he's all about causing mayhem and injury, and he likes it that way.

Recently he distinguished himself by not only killing a Wood Elf team's AG5 Lineelf, but also their star ST4 Wardancer AND their Thrower...all in the first half of the game.

Blood for the Blood God, indeed.

Nakrogth is the other "bruiser" player of the 'Souls, behind Womanslayer...but he prefers to play clean. No Piling On or 'Claws for him, he likes to get his hits the old-fashioned way.

As a result...he doesn't see nearly as many opportunities come his way, for the obvious reason that he's just not as effective. He does try his best and that shows in his record, though, and he feels that he'll continue his slow, steady climb up the ranks.

Maim's done one thing since the beginning with the 'Souls...carry the ball. And he's done it well, garnering more than a handful of TDs and a few completions to go with them despite his lack of Agility or Passing skills.

Because of his good performance, it seems Khorne saw fit to give him a bit of a speed boost to improve his running abilities, and let him score even more for the Blood God.

Gronk was brought in to replace Thrax after an Orc's foul put him out of commission, permanently.

However, because of his late joining with the team, he's found himself relegated to a very secondary role, unable to compete with the smarter and very much more skilled players of the team, and as a result hasn't managed to accomplish much in his time.
