As a player he defies classification, being a clinical touchdown scorer, a player capable of savagery, nimble in his movement and with a good arm should it be required. The gods willing he has a glorious career ahead of him.

One of the finest arms the team has ever produced, he will lay on the perfect ball for his attacking players time after time. His vision is on a par with the best, having been instrumental in all of the teams victories since he came into the fold. He currently is battling with a shoulder injury that not even sophisticated surgery can resolve. It is only a matter of time before he will have to stand down, but who will fill the void he will leave?

Lion Warriors are all cut from the same cloth and Astragal is typical. A fast mover, a clinical finisher and a player who defines himself through how often he scores, he is a key component of the Grailkeepers setup. On the pitch he plays in an almost trancelike state, displaying little emotion which ever way the wind blows.

Afflicted by a wasting disease, it has been recommended that he move to the great library now rather than continue to play on at great risk to his safety. However the shame would be too great, despite numerous warnings against pride from the elders, and he continues to struggle on through his games.
