He lives in the broken bow of Rivet City, and can be reached by swimming underwater, fighting your way through Mirelurks and his traps.

Shakes is a Protectron robot that functions as a bartender in Tenpenny Tower. He speaks little and mostly just offers you to wet your whistle.

Flash is one of the citizens of Big Town. He asks the Vault 101 Dweller to go alleviate the hostage crisis, which sends him/her to the Germantown police station. He continually boasts about his special weapon.

Squirrel is a little boy in Little Lamplight that you save from Paradise Falls. Skilled in computing and a bit smug about his intelligence.

If you listen to galaxy news radio you would know him from the adventures he has. To find him go to Tenpenny Tower and go up the stars to the suites. He is now a common resident and certainly does not go on adventures anymore. There is a terminal in his room with quite a lot of interesting info about him and others.
