Life-long no smoker, and after working in a restaurant and having cleaned up enough ash-trays, I am opposed to smoking in public places.
Doesnt mean I hate smokers (apart from Chewie), I just think they are all silly people with tiny pea-like brains :D

I rarely drink as I don't really find it all that enjoyable. At home I probably consume about 1 unit every two months. When I go out though I will drink to be sociable as long as I trust my company i.e. no dodgy blokes like spubbbbba about!!

Had to put this on of course..... I am male after all!!!
Aged a -1 AV on first skill...some sort of joke about not keeping it hard at AV9 must be appropriate here :p
A frivolous one here, but none the less a valid point.
As i am deaf i lip-read a great deal and people with big bushy mustaches and beards really frustrate me as I can barely lip-read someone with a mouth that looks like Chewie's crack!!
Aged a niggle third skill
I have strong ethics and morals, and the greed of humanity is depressing.
More than just a desire for more, it is the willingness for people to "just do it for the money" that really gets me down.
In Britain I feel that the small amount of land that is avaialable massively inflates the cost of everything as businesses and home-builders pay a premium for the land upon which they trade their goods.
Despite the fact stated above we still try and emulate capitalist systems from countries with a vastly less dense populations than ours. This proves to be an unfair disadvanatge due to the price of land due to market forces. If the governement regulatd land prices, the cost of housing would be stablalised, the overheads of businesses would be stablalised, and would see the potential of greater homeownership, new business start ups, and encourage people to spend their money within the stable business environment.
Whilst I know this would be a vastly unpopular decision in the short term, sometimes people do not know what is best for them. Sadly the party political system does not encourage any party to think long-term, but purely about getting re-elected.
I am an avid student of philosophy
I have always been such
Philospohy is the love of wisdom and wisdom is the seeking of truth and happiness. Indeed truth and happiness can only come when you start to know yourself.
I have a long way to go yet on this road but I have found a sort of inner peace and that keeps me content
I am a firm advocate that society rarely knows what is best for it's ultimate preservation, and indeed society will often vote to maintain the status quo or relax the controls purely because it is convenient for them right now.
Sadly this is a little like a three sibling children instructing their mother to remove all fruit and veg from their diet , and replacing it with huge amounts of refinded sugar. Children know what they like, but not what they NEED!
Same can be said of society, people will vote for tax cuts and relaxation of many laws because they will profit from it now, but they will soon complain when the government cuts back on investment in infrastructure, or over-borrows and causes inflationary problems later...all because they pandered to the lack of judgement of the masses.
Some decisions have to be made with a firm fatherly hand, the survival of the society is greater than the survival of the individual.
Yes I am a liberal too!! Surprise :D
Again my crusade against absolutism sees me sit on both sides of the fence on the issue of liberties and laws.
Whilst a state needs strong and decisive guidence, the society is responsible for ensuring that personal liberties are upheld. A society free from mob-rule, corruption and inhumanity is one to be fought for, and we need to cherish liberty as opposed to punishing the innocent.
I don't own a car and use public transport.
I enjoy the time spent walking, or reading when on the train.
/me is green...and proud
/me is also keen to get a car...
An electric one as I am green and proud :D
Aged a niggle on second roll :(
I am also not very vain. I can't stand messing about with my hair. Instead of letting it grow long and curly, I cut it short and wash-and-go each morning.

Not the strongest facet of Russo's charactor, but on he BB pitch he does love to see the casualties flying thick and fast into the opposition dug-out.

Russo seems to wash up where ever he goes...
Russo does have ostritch tendancies when it comes to his home life...that is with paperwork!!!
Instead of getting on and doing it like his work mentality he seems to delay the issues at home and they just get worse.
