Shylock is a solid Runner, realising that you leave the head bashing to the far more armoured LongBeards. Thanks to this logical attitude, he has the joint highest pass rate on the team. Until fellow Runner Barabas was killed, he is now the undisputed highest passer!
After tripping a dodging Chaos Warrior, Mobocracy, Shylock has had his first hand in a player death. He doesn't know how he did it though...
After the first score against the FotB, Shylock engaged in a tackle passing game with Bullingbrook, keeping the ball safely behind dwarven lines. This has allowed him to be ever closer to finally being considered a skilful member of the team.

Bullingbrook is an unusual Dwarf. He proved his mettle in the opening game of the team, scoring two touchdowns and achieving two successful completed passes. However he failed to throw a single block. This has caused an investigation into claims his father was an elf, and that his beard is false.
The results have yet to proven...
Bullingbrook showed he had more grit than would be customary in an Elf. He scored another touchdown, this time against the Penumbral Void. He is currently the teams only scoring player...
Bullingbrook continued his scoring theme, racking up a touchdown against new foes: Oncoming Storm, a Dark Elf side. Realising that the front line is strong, but it is the buttered fingers of some of his fellow players, Bullingbrook has resolved to ensure he never fails to pick up that pesky football.
Bullingbrook secured another touchdown, this time against the Orc squad Blackrock Dashers, pummelling the puny Orc linesman who attempted to stop him. This continues his streak as high scorer and secured him his first MVP award! Bullingbrook is by far and away the most experienced member of the FotB.
Bullingbrook failed in his role as team touchdowner, not managing to score against rivals Blackrock Dashers. This was mainly due to numerical disadvantage, but all the same the guilt weighs heavily on his shoulders.
Bullingbrook showed the strength of leadership in the final game against the Blackrock Dashers, sacrificing two of his own touchdowns to hand off and give the valuable experience to his fellow Blitzer Richard II. A great leader indeed.
Famous for killing Sakt of "Ugggghhh Smash" Ogre Team. He has now had his skull fractured by Chaos Warrior Pandemonium of the Penumbral Void. Rumours are his thick skull isn't as think anymore...
Antonio's weakness cost the FotB dearly during a rematch against rivals the Blackrock Dashers. Being badly hurt on a dodge meant the Orcs pulled one score ahead and increased their numerical advantage.

Bassanio broke the neck of Dark Elf Blitzer Matt, teaching the Oncoming Storm to fear Dwarves everywhere.
Bassanio's bloodlust continued against Orc Team the Blackrock Dashers. In a thundering charge he smashed the hand of thrower Morgrog. The Orc apothecary leapt onto the pitch and was able to save the thrower from any lasting damage, but Bassanio learnt from the experience all the same...
Bassanio has shown an aptitude for battling Orcs, being awarded the MVP against the Blackrock Dashers. From this Bassanio has joined the ranks of the Guardians!
Bassanio played the game of his life against the Blackrock Dashers in the conclusion of the series. In the opening of the second half Bassanio smashed the hand of star Blitzer Bloodfist. Not only will did this open the way for the second touchdown for the FotB, but the Orc will carry this wound for the rest of his career. As if this brutal feat was not enough, he continued in the 3rd turn of the half to badly hurt Blitzer Balstrak, who had scored in both previous encounters against the FotB. Let no grudge go unanswered.
At the conclusion of the series against the Blackrock Dashers, Bassanio finally ascended to the 'Guardians', a phalanx of longbeards who work together to bring down stronger, but less determined foes!

In accordance with the criteria used to award MVP to Dwarven squads, Gratiano earned this award from number of hits taken. He spent the entire game facing down against the brutal players of Penumbral Void, who have been responsible for both the killing and serious injuring of team mates.
Gratiano never blinked, and has deserved the prestigious award.
Gratiano has once again been awarded the MVP, this time against new foes Oncoming Storm. Gratiano's tackling skills proved most useful against the lithe Dark Elves.
Gratiano makes up one of the 'Guardians', a phalanx of longbeards who work together to bring down stronger, but less determined foes!
Alas the phalanx of Guardians was broken against Orc team Blackrock Dashers. Gratiano had his rib broken by Black Orc Thrall. A grudge has been written in the FotB playbook, and it shall be enacted!

Salerio has shown great determination; he stood toe to toe (though head to waist) with the Penumbral Void's Chaos Warriors the whole game. For his bravery on the pitch, he was awarded MVP.
Salerio was finally able to avenge the beating he took at the hands of Penumbral Void, causing a casualty in his last game against them. In return he has learnt, team work is key to conquer the bigger players.

Despite a respectable number of blocks, Solanio has yet to draw any blood on the pitch. Someone suggested he could try to passing or scoring a touchdown instead. Blood was caused in response, but alas it did not occur on the pitch...
Solanio finally drew blood! In a painful defeat to Orc rivals Blackrock Dashers, Solanio badly hurt Blastrak the Blitzer, helping to stem the tide of Orcs that swarmed the FotB in that painful 2-0 defeat.
Lorenzo has the highest amount of blocks of any Longbeard in the squad, and is surpassed only by Ferneze the frenzied Trollslayer. Despite this he cannot seem to draw blood from his foes!
Lorenzo is the only original member of FotB to not achieve any measure of stardom - truly this one must have insulted his elders!

Mowbray played a brave game against the travelling Ogre team, standing up to the Ogres and standing down on top of the Goblins. He earned himself MVP, and there isn't a Dwarf on the squad who would argue the decision.
Mowbray proved why he is MVP in the second game of the squads history. He smashed the knee of Ataxia, a Beastman of the Penumbral Void Chaos team.
Mowbray earned another casualty against the hated Penumbral Void, in doing so he makes up one of the 'Guardians', a phalanx of longbeards who work together to bring down stronger, but less determined foes!

Ferneze has yet to open his enemies veins with a suitably brutal tackle, but he has managed to KO a number of opponents. Blood Bowl crowds want more than just KOs though, and so does the Coach!
Ferneze avenged the cracked skull of Antonio by seriously concussing the Chaos Warrior Pandemonium in the closing minutes of the same game. Let no grudge go unanswered.
Ferneze began his spree of knocking out, sending Blackrock Dasher linesman Mungrod into the KO bin.
Ferneze finally tasted the blood of his enemies! Ferneze utlitised his slayer skills to seriously concuss the Black Orc Zul'Jin, damaging him so thoroughly that the Black Orc will forever be more vulnerable to his opponents. Though the Orcs answered in suit, with Ferneze badly hurt by Orc linesman Runtling, teaching Ferneze to stay on guard!
Richard II has tried to help with the more agile side of the game, completing a pass (quite a feat in a Dwarf team!)
Richard II proved his ability in the game against Dark Elf Team Oncoming Storm. He badly hurt Dark Elf Linesman Alex, before going for it to score the first touchdown of the game in the dying seconds of the 1st half.
Richard II has disdain for his fellow Blitzer Bullingbrook's opinion that "The ball is what counts", and has instead decided to focus on bashing the foe apart. Richard II leads the 'Guardians' a phalanx of longbeards who watch over their teammates. Under Richard's direction, the fun has only just started...
Richard II's game advanced greatly in the final game of the series against the Blackrock Dashers, receiving the two hand offs from Bullingbrook which provided a brace of touchdowns for the young Dwarf. This has put Richard II far closer to being able to expand his game along with his mentor Bullingbrook.
