After Simon Shaw was murdered by the Brandywine Boffers, Tom Croft almost had vengeance by shattering one of the little murderer's skulls. Unfortunately their apothecary saved the little creature from injury. After some supremely skilful dodging by Tommy Bowe, he darted around the slow little Halfling Team Brandywine Boffers, to score the first TD for the U.E.L.. Tommy Bowe continued his masterful play, proving that though the Halfling may hit harder, the Skaven knew their way around the pitch. Tommy Bowe has decided to focus on his defensive game, knowing how to strip the ball straight from the hands of his opponent - if you can't have strength have skill!

Rob Kearny failed to impress the team coach, by failing to pick up the ball at the key moment of the first half against Halfling Team Brandywine Boffers.

Stephen Jones was awarded MVP in the first game of the U.E.L. for his great ball handling, ensuring that speedy Gutter Runners Tommy Bowe and Ugo Monye could run the ball quickly into the brutal Halfling endzone.
