Although he has no offical power, he is respected and feared enough that none of his teamates would dare disobey him.

If a revenge filled rage Lovanor 'came to an understanding' with Alidoyak during training and assumed command of the team. Alidoyok will never recover from the beating.

Cinme was viewed by many of his piers as being a coward and a wimp. Sure enough he didn't pursue har to others with quite as much vigour as the rest and was more concerned for his own well being. However it was discovered that he could remain calm under pressure and was thus a very good ball thrower. Although stil the but of some jokes this made him a very valuable player and allowed him to stay at the back of the game much to his delight.

After studying the opposing dwarves carefully Lovanor learned their ways gaining an increase in physical strength.
Alidoyok sensing a great challenge to his superiority decided to appease Lovanor by making him second in command.
