The very first signing in Manticore history, much is expected from the golden armed thrower out of Karlsbad. Team owner J Thomas has said that he considers him the most promising Quarterback prospect he has seen in several years. Only time will tell if he will fulfill that promise.

A replacement for the disappointing Grok Thunderclap Borrick Bonecleaver is a relative unknown. A veteran of Gladiatorial cage battles Bonecleaver has had little exposure to Blood Bowl but expresses little concern about mastering its intricacies as he claims to see little difference between mauling opponents on the blood bowl field and on the gladiatoral arena. Time shall see what he is made of.

Surprisingly short for a blitzer, Grayfield makes up what he lacks in height in agression.
"I Hit em low, hit em hard and make sure they don't get back up."
The only thing Grayfield likes more than laying a defender on his back is regular trips to the end zone.

A true aristocrat of the gridiron, Gatsbee has inherited a considerable fortune
and is known for his elegance and flair off the field as well as on it.
Why does this young scion of a merchant family risk his pampered life playing such a dangerous game?
"I was bored and I discovered I rather liked hitting people in the face. One doesnt get much opportunity for that sort of thing in the silk trade."

The Manticores self proclaimed 'Home Run Threat' Tinefeld marries blazing speed with soft hands and a superb sense of balance. After a great career on the College Bloodbowl circuit he is looking forward to raising his game to the next level and competing in the ranked division.

Cedric Fleetgard is a former member of a travelling circus troupe who was recruited by the Manticores on account of his obvious athleticism and catching ability. Fleetgard. The only Manticore reckless (and vain) enough to play without a helmet, Fleetgard may soon learn that no highwire circus act is as dangerous as the carnival of death on the bloodbowl field
Experienced
The onlt Farn Valley local on the team, Gunderbark is a fan favorite and known for his sunny disposition and politeness off the field. A positive out look is certainly an asset when you take as many poundings as this Frank does on the Manticores Line of Scrimmage.
The newest addition to the Manticore stable of blitzers is anxious to make his mark on the team. A product of a broken home and a life of violence, Leonas has been in and out of prison since the age of 12. He has a hefty chip on his shoulder and a desire for fame. Leonas was a terror on the blood bowl prison circuit and rumors have it that an under the table payment to the Farn Valley correctional facility by team owner J Thomas secured his early release and services for the Manticores. A free man for the first time in a decade, Leonas looks forward to unleashing his hatred at the world against Manticore opponents on the Blood Bowl field.
