Grond's Hammers
One of the original Hammers, Broluk is note worthy mostly for his longevity. While he's thrown a lot of blocks, they have resulted in remarkably few casualties.
Naz has given us rock solid performances. His ability to crush his opponents is growing along with his experience.
Grishnakh was hired as a rookie to replace the ailing Ash, who's injuries were starting to pile up. Picking up MVP honours in his first two games, Grishnakh picked up the Orc-A-Roids sponsorship that the ill fated line orc Boldog had left when he died on the pitch 2 games after picking up the sponsorship. We are hoping that Grishnakh does not suffer a similar fate.

Skag joined the team just in time for game 20. He was put on the TD fast track to skill up and after game 21 had picked up guard. We might continue to work him up if situations allow or possibly just team him up with Azog - they'd make a good tandem.

By game 21, only Azog had made every game. Probably due to being mostly a peripheral player much of the time, he seems to garner little attention from the opposition. This also seems to result in a lack of cas and with MB, we are expecting to see his production rise in the next 21 games.

Right after our first goblin had to be given a medical retirement, coach decided that despite the lack of production, the fans liked the blood so much that he'd better pick up another one to go splat. Slinker had been hiding around the locker room area, picking up loose change and things nobody would miss, when he was pressed into service. Lets hope he's as sneaky on the pitch as off.
In his first match, Slinker showed no skills at dodging and fell down a lot. However, he did manage to SI a Troll on a both down result! Coach instantly thought he'd found a new star player, but only nuffle knows how long he'll last.

"Shubbie" Shubangluk joined us 6 games in and since then has become a favourite of fans and game announcers alike, picking up almost 1 in 3 MVP's since he joined. Many players don't deserve mvp honours, but Shubbie puts in the hard work, causing 1 cas every 2nd game and picking up a couple of TD's along the way. Not afraid of going in to the "hard places" on the pitch has earned him the admiration of the other players.
