After the team had taken a brutal beating and were on the cusp of a debut defeat, Ramsay made himself an instant Kitchen Chaos hero by successfully pulling himself off the ground to pick up the ball and stumble into the end zone as the whistle went, salvaging an unlikely draw for the team.

An unremarkable one-and-a-bit games from Martin didn't mark him out as a hero. In the Kitchen's second ever game, trailing 1-0 late as they had on their debut, it was his turn to step up and drag the team out of the fire. As a teammate blitzed a ball-carrier into the sideline the crowd lobbed the ball into open field. Not needing to be asked twice, Martin pounced upon it while his team shoved around the opposition and ran one in as the game came to a close.
