Considering the team's recruitment method, you might wonder how Glistrup managed to grab or read a flier. Well, he didn't. He did however want to eat one of the goblins that were supposed to distribute fliers and chased it all the way back to the mysterious manager who hired Glistrup promptly.

Glistrup isn't aware of it himself, but following the manager's near-death experience caused by a thrown rock from the stands, Glistrup has been made the heir to the team in the manager's will.

<a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=7566853">Messerschmidt</a> always brought in a crowd, a well-paying crowd, so when the ball-carrying minotaur finally kicked the bucket, someone on the team made a snap decision to keep the fans in the dark about Messerschmidt's death, and so Messerschmidt's corpse was quickly carted off-field and a replacement minotaur of a similar brutish stature was found as a stand-in. However, the fans did notice, perhaps partially due to the stand-in not seeming interested in the ball at all, but in all fairness, probably mostly due to it being a horrible idea to paint the jet-black fur of the stand-in red, in order to make him pass as the old Messerschmidt, and then sending him out to play Blood Bowl in the rain.

Whenever the Worst sets up their defensive game, Langballe is the first to run up to the line of scrimmage and secure his place. He is usually the first to get carted off the field as well and has recieved numerous injuries in past games, some so grievous that he has been mistaken for dead, but Langballe always ends up back on the team after a couple of days, because the one thing that he does, he does well; taking hits.

Whether the previous Ogres playing for The Worst of the Worst have all been incarnations or different ogres alltogether, who knows. One thing is for sure, that Mogens inspires such hatred in fans and opponents alike, that his medical bills are responsible for nearly half of the expenses held by The Worst of the Worst, and that is taking into account that Messerschmidt lives on a diet entirely of foie gras with ground up zaire blood diamonds mixed in.

Naser Khader is perhaps the most descipable person on the team, despite appearing somewhat unassuming. The team is full of ruthless and apathetic killers, egomanical divas, hedonists and gluttonous beasts, but at least with those guys you know where you stand. Naser refuses to adhere to conventional ethics, like most of the Worst, but he is also entirely lacking of any sort of internal ethics or values, as he mechanically seeks out to gain the most amount of influence, regardless of both the ends of the means, simply possessing influence, power, is all he wants. A great asset to the team, no doubt, but one that stands out as soulless even to the other players, so he doesn't get invited to the post-game pizza parties.

Anders Samuelsen is a man with a dream. His dream isn't a very noble dream, in fact, it is quite horrid, but you're not going to convince Anders to stray from his goal.

Some have noticed that Peter is listed as having played for the Worst several times previously. Despite Peter having been off the team and on sick leave several times, none of the fans which were interviewed remember seeing a match where Peter has gotten injured. There were a couple of die-hard fans, however, which have noticed a link between Peter's occasional, abrupt dissaperances and Peter's dark elven, xenophobic nature, which sometimes gets the better of him, making him refuse to pass the ball to Messerschmidt.

Villum suffers from severe aspergers and so had a hard time getting along with everyone else on the team. Even when Messerschmidt isn't around, noone ever plays Villum the ball, so Villum quickly resigned to being the guy who gets into dirty fights on the line of scrimmage, usually attempting to distract some huge monster or mutant.

Villum wasn't really aware of just how ill-liked he was on the team, not untill after the 9th match he played with the team, where he by chance discovered that the rest of the team has made it a tradition to go out for pizza after games, which he had never been invited to. After this, Villum just couldn't bring himself to come to practice again and so was kicked off the team.

Every so often, Villum despairs at his position on the team and quits, or gets injured and has to take a break, or gets fired because noone likes him, but Villum somehow always ends back up on the team, because he has nowhere else to go and is willing to play the most dangerous position for free, just to be around people.

If you feel bad for Villum, then don't, because he really is an insufferable idiot.
