Cordozar Calvin Broadus is First Chairman of the social circle, The Cultural Elite, as he is the owner of the tallest and most pointy tower of any of the members, and as such, it is also natural, that Cordozar Calvin Broadus' leadership extends to the role of Team Captain.

As such, it is Cordozar Calvin Broadus's responosbility that all the members adheres to a conduct proper for a High Elf Noble, and if anyone were to break ettiquette, Cordozar Calvin Broadus would not hesitate in giving the offender a stern lecture and send the culprit packing, home to the Motherland.

Of course this has not yet been neccesary for any of the permanent members of The Social Elite, however, due to Blood Bowl regulations, The Cultural Elite has occasionally had to hire temporary players, in order to cover for recovering or vacationing Cultural Elites, and these base swine must have mingled with the lesser races too long, as they are seemingly prone to dishonorable conduct.

Melissa Arnette Elliott has been elected to be officially in charge of the secretariat of the meetings of the Social Elites, and as such, her handmaidens transcribe all which is spoken by the members of the Elites gatherings. After the Social Elite evolved into also being a Blood Bowl team, the secretariat encompasses the role of keeping tracks of which races The Social Elites have proven the High Elven racial superiority towards. As of the most recent tally, The Cultural Elites have without a shadow of a doubt proven, that High Elves are superior to following teams and races;

Orcs, Undead, Chaos Pact, Humans, Chaos and Chaos Dwarfs.
