I found out that either the ref is blind against him or he is just amazing at hiding a ball and chain. Heres what I remember happoned:

True story!

At first he tryed playing baseball but he just almost made the passes, then a crutial momoent in his sports life ocured. A spectater heard him say "I almost made it," then the spectator shouted from the stands "almost only counts in horseshoes, handgranades, and atom bombs." Well horseshoes wasn't violent enough (they didn't let him thow the horseshoes at anybody!) so he moved on to hand grenades or rather bombs. If he decides to retire you may what to live in a nucular bomb shelter.

He's a kicker so he got this nick name so now at the pich the players always yell "kick Emwhentheredown!"

He has low self-estiem isues... so he beats on people

When he was young swinga got his name because he liked swings. he liked them because they werew an object on a chain, when he saw a ball and chain he fell in love. Now he brings the ball and chain to every game he goes to (you think the ref would notice the gaint mettal ball swinging around the feild but he doesn't).
