This impressive feat earned him the game MVP.

After being ineffective in the team's inaugural game, Halas Kurin dedicated himself to improving as a player. He spends more time in the training room and watching game replays on Cabalvision than anyone else on the team.

This dedication has paid dividends in his last three matches. In the Wrath's second game, he scored a touchdown to help seal the victory. In his third match, he killed <a href="https://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&op=view&player_id=8088091">George</a> from the hated High Elf rivals, <a href="https://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=658934">Halla nér</a>. In his third match, he threw an early TD pass that set the tone for the game against the <a href="https://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=team&op=view&team_id=659155">Wasilla Babymakers</a>. After that game, all his time in the training room finally paid off, making him the strongest player on the team.

Laran established himself in his first match as a ruthless player unafraid to kick a man when he's down. Late in the first half he passed near a prone werewolf, <a href="http://fumbbl.com/FUMBBL.php?page=player&player_id=8082878">Carcharoth Redmaw</a>. Despite being directly in front of the referee, Malleus couldn't resist stomping on the wolf's head. The ref immediately blew his whistle and ejected Malleus, but the wolf's jaw was still broken. In the post-match interview, Malleus said, "Hey, his name was already Redmaw. I just made the moniker more appropriate."
