Wanting his own bloodbowl team, necromancer Abra Cadaver assembled Frank and used a spell found in an old book written by someone named Victor von Frankenstein to reanimate him, and named him after the author.
Abra knew Frank's strength would help him 'dig up' the other players he would need to fill out his team roster.

Abra Cadaver and his flesh golem Frank went to the cemetary to 'recruit' more players for their bloodbowl team. Guarding the cemetary were 2 brothers but after a short skirmish and a lengthy talk they both decided to join Abra and become bloodbowl players, Orville is the older brother and his favourite action is flying down the pitch into the endzone to score touchdowns.

Wilbur is the younger brother of Orville. they were both guarding the cemetary when Abra Cadaver came round seaching for more players for his bloodbowl team. Both wight brothers joined up, Wilbur loves breaking into the open and flying down the pitch as fast as he can.

Evil #4 was the 4th child born in a family of 9 children.
The family fell on hard times and 4 started eating the flesh of the dead, resulting in his current 'ghoul' condition. One night he and his best friend had just started feeding on a corpse they found after sneeking into the cemetary and breaking into a crypt when a necromancer and his party came across them. Seeing their sneeking as a useful ability, Abra offered to let them join his bloodbowl team. evil #4 and his friend Gogo talked amongst themselves briefly before both signing on. #4 talked Gogo into joining by pointing out that most of the other players would be zombies (I.E. food).

Gogo is Evil #4's best friend and shares his taste in human flesh and thus also shares his fate as a ghoul, though he prefers the term 'inanimate cannibal'

Jack Was the corpse evil #4 and Gogo had been eating when Abra's group found them. Too bad they had already taken some of their favourite parts. They decided 'one-eyed-jack' sounded better than 'six-toes' and their first zombie player was created.

Chris and his sister were at home sleeping when Abra sent his group out to burn down his house hoping to get some not too badly burnt new players.

Ted was a city watchman and along with his coworker Cat he was ambushed and killed while running to check out a house fire in their patrol area. He is now a reanimated zombie bloodbowl player.

Cat, short for Catherine, was in the city patrol and one night while on patrol she and another patrolman were ambushed and killed. She has since been reanimated as a zombie to play in the bloodbowl games.

The most revolting corpse found on Abra's search for zombie bloodbowl players, Brainss was so named because the top of his skull is missing and one can litterally see whats on his mind.

The oldest corpse Abra Cadaver reanimated to play on his bloodbowl team is very stiff and not at all flexible.

Abra Cadaver found a body that had been ran over in some form of stampede, running short of time he reanimated it in order to fill out his team by the start deadline. Much to his amusement, 'flat' matt has proven very adept at getting through opposing linemen, as long as he move sideways....

Bernadette was with her brother Chris at home asleep when their home burnt to the ground, both were reanimated to join the team after Abra found their charred remains.

The last body found by the necromancer Abra Cadaver was lying in a field been eaten by birds. even when on the playing field as a reanimated bloddbowl playing zombie, crowbait is more often than not, being pecked at by birds.
