Marrich was born of a Dark Elf and Human relationship, neither of whom wanted anything to do with their new elf human son.

Marrich thus spent most of his formative years practising throwing in the back yard, hoping he would one day be good enough to play Blood Bowl like his real role models.

Unfortunately, his local team, the Bearwood Blitzers, would not offer Marrich a trial as they said they enrolled no "half breeds". Marrich had to content himself with selling cans of Orca Cola at the matches, which he delivered by throwing them to the customers in the stands. His throwing soon became celebrated by the homes fans, and he was taken on at half times in games to delight the crowd with his skills.

One day scouts came along to watch another player from the Bearwood Blitzers, and they noticed Marrich and immediately signed him up to play professional Blood Bowl, with the Yavermore Javelins.

He is a fan favourite with the Javelin fans, not only because of his amazing passing range and accuracy, but because sometimes, on the dreariest of matches, he takes to the field at half time to cheer the fans up with his throwing skills!
