Wealthy, pompous and definitely obnoxious, Arion Milathar is amongst the very wealthy families of Ulthuan. Quite naturally, he felt the urge to form a Blood Bowl team to show his peers just how great he really is. Forming the Ulthuan Fire Dragons and having his armour forged by amongst the very best of the forge, Arion Milathar now enters the field with the best equipment money can provide and the training of thousands of years. Taking up the position as Dragon Warrior and team Captain, Arion Milathar intends to defeat all of the inferior opposition through his remarkable skills and fighting prowess. It is to be seen how far this High Borne can lead his team into the merciless jaws of Blood Bowl.

As of recent, the Captain of the Fire Dragons has not only established his position as Captain, he has also naturally begun to take all the glory for himself. While his demeanour remains the same, the fires of the field have forged a formiddable player through Arion, as not only has his experience granted him formiddable dexterity and speed beyond that of even his fellow Elves, it has also increased his ego to levels which make even his collegues spout. It cannot be denied however that Arion Milathar is truly a star player in the making but it is to be seen if the pompous Captain can make himself out to be a true legend.

*** Arion's renowned nature of being arrogant and pompous has made him reputable even amongst his own kind. However, it was only in his first match when, after openly mocking her species, did an Amazon manage to injure Arion and take him out of the match as quickly as he had begun! Certainly not an optimistic way to start your career.

*** During another grudge match against rival Elves, this time from Naggaroth, Arion attempted to snatch the ball out of the opponents field by leaping over their defences. Unfortunately, due to some poor timing, Arion fell head first into the turf, knocking him out for the first half. He insists that it was a substitute look-alike but his team mates and fans of the team know better.

While Tyrion maintains the universal disposition of an arrogant snob, unlike many of his fellows who have simply bought their way into the team, Tyrion has both the wealth and skill which would maky any proper Dragon Warrior envious. He has in fact fought on the fields of Blood Bowl for many decades and in contrast to the team Captain, is more than capable of executing some of the more advanced monouvers in Blood Bowl. In particular staying out of harms way.

His armour, while old, also gleems the shining metal of Ulthuan and though it has received much punishment over the years, its quality has never deterred. Tyrion's reasons for his recent return have been left ambigious at best, the Elf refusing to respond to any interviews. Regardless, his return implies that even the noble High Borne cannot stay away from the thrill of the stadiums for long, nor the opportunity to become both famous and (even more) wealthy. The Silver Dragon of Ulthuan has returned with a vengeance.

Lorethian Elenelon, an elf well versed in the art of throwing and timing to perfect both himself and his skills for the Blood Bowl pitch. While he initially started somewhat rocky, Lorethian's throwing game has managed to recover itself to the quality expected of all Elven throwers.

As of recent however, it has become almost a regular occurance for Lorethian to suffer an injury in each match. While it is still too early to make any significant predictions, at least from what it can be said of his early career, he has yet not to suffer an injury which sends him straight to the apothecary. Time will tell if this young Elven Prince has anything significant in store for him in the future or if he may find himself in early retirment. Many fans are now making bets how much longer the unfortunate thrower has left until he finally is delivered the killing blow. Lorethian made no comment besides a quick snark towards our reporters.

Recently, Lorethain's life was saved by the young Cathayan Apothecary who was substituting again for their primary team doctor. While he did little to thank her beyond a mild nod of acknowledgement, this young aspiring apothecary has seemingly started gathering quite the reputation.

Rathmarion is a more recent addition to the team, taking up the mantle of Lion Warrior for the team. While there is little to say about him as a personality or player, Rathmarion Hilathion does belong to one of the most renowned families of Ulthuan for some of their most prestigious players who have entered the sport. Unfortunately too the Hilathion clan is well known for inhabiting more than half of the occupants in the Blood Bowl High Borne grave yard. It is to be seen if Rathmarion, as spectacular a player he is, is capable of lasting long enough to leave his mark in a less greusome way as his predecessors.

Veldoran Ironar signed up to the Fire Dragons as a means to feed the poor in the Middenhiem port. Having lived in the Old World for several decades he has grown accustomed to living amonst the humans, particularly with the more relaxed village folk on the outskirts. However, even the cold heart of Veldoran had in his time on Ulthuan had gradually melted, as he was witness to numerous sights of horrific poverty within the grander cities.

Blood Bowl was his answer to obtaining the wealth he needed to help those unfortunates and thus, he has managed to win some additional fans for the teams already neglicable fanbase. Despite this, Blood Bowl is a dangerous sport and while he is aware of the numerous risks involved, he will consider it worth the effort if he can put as many of the poor under as comfortable housing as financially possible. Naturally, the rest of the Fire Dragons look at Veldoran with a mix of intrigue and disgust, wondering why he simply doesn't keep all the money for himself.

Fortunately Veldoran's quest has been met with incredible success, having garnered up a small fortune for both himself and those who he seeks to help. The streets of Middenhiem have never looked quite so flashy in recent years. By far (at least for outsiders and fans) the most likeable and approachable member of the Ulthuan Fire Dragons.

*** A momerable moment for Veldoran was during a vicious match against Naggarothian Dark Elves. In a desperate run to intercept the ball carrier, Veldoran accidentally stood on a land-mine which had failed to go off a decade before during a match between a Goblin team and Chaos. Veldoran was blasted into the air and although he was thought for dead through his mangled body, the apothecary substitute, an intern from Cathay, quickly went to his side and with her great skill and mastery of the healing arts, he was back to his feet in mere moments. Following these events, that same week it was reported she is now enjoying a very comfortable life in one of the finest housing estates in Cathay with her family.

Kick (20k)
Yulthanon was, like many of his brethren, desperate to gain glory and prestige in the stadiums of the Old World. After signing up for lineman duty on the Fire Dragons, he is optimistic in a long prized career. To his misfortune and ignorance however, Yulthanon the Wise has recently taken up the cursed position as kicker on the team, bringing some of his more practical skills to the field.

It is to be seen how long this Elven lineman will last in the terrorizing leagues of Blood Bowl, for it is a well known fact all kickers never last long.

***
First game he played with his kicking talents, Yulthanon fell after an akward tackle, dodging away from an enemy, and gouged his eye. Things are not looking good for the aspiring kicker.

The latest member to the Ulthuan Fire Dragons, Erowan the Beloved is named for the complete adoration of anyone who has met him, fans, family and friends alike. He is an extraordinarily narcissistic individual, rivalling that of arguably the most pretentious Electors in the Empire states and certainly more so than some of the more prestigious members of Ulthuan. However, it has come to a mild shock that his fellow team members do not share this disposition and while he is disgusted, he still maintains his proud position as Lion Warrior. Unfortunately for his first game he suffered a fractured leg, which not only gave him a major wake-up call to the more brutal side of the sport but also to how much danger he had put himself into. It is yet to be seen if Erowan becomes another mild stain on the field or to rise on to become a legend....or to be prematurely fired due to incompetancy.
