Mad Berwin Copperpot is the former constable of Rumpsfordshire. As a deputized servant of the Moot, he settled disputes between farmers and judged the always heated Rumpsfordshire Jam-borie. Now, a frenzied herald of the blood god, his idea of justice is as warped as his mind. The only evenness he shows is with gore -soaked chainsaw.

Before Rumpsfordshire's well water was corrupted by the sorcerous machinations of the Chaos Gods, Pephans Roundpie was a highly respected pastry chef. As the poisoned water slowly began to despoil his mind, he found himself longing to change professions. Flanks of meat and the smell of roasting flesh consumed his thoughts. First, he replaced the famous Rumpsfordshire Cream Pie with the Rumpsfordshire Meat Pie. As time went on, the patience necessary to craft the pies was fleeting. Pephans began baking bowls of liver and intestines. The now mad villagers flocked to his storefront, eagerly spending all their coin to gorge in a great, bloody feast.

Before long, Pephans had gone through all available cattle. With dozens of frenzied customers and a newly discovered bloodlust, he hoisted his bloody carving saw and took to the streets. Those who had resisted the corruption were cut down; their flesh served to the now mindless maniacs.

Martran Goodbrew is the former mayor and most popular brewer of Rumpsfordshire. He is responsible for the inadvertent spreading of chaotic influence. His was the well first contaminated. The corrupted water was used to brew his blue ribbon "Goodbrew's Good Brew" which was eagerly consumed in every home.

Even now, his twisted mind is focused on brewing the ultimate lager. The bodily fluids of those who fall on the pitch routinely find their way in his latest concoctions.
