Snarky never got the role due to his irritable manner. His short, barbed comments falling short of the desired pleasantness that the film company were after.

Mucky couldn't get clean. No matter how much he washed (or was washed for that matter) he would always end up covered in mud, feathers and jam (how was often unexplained). The film was never going to have a shower scene and so Mucky was deemed to be unsuitable.

Sorry seems to be the hardest word for every dwarf except this one. Constantly apologising for his fellow actors, himself, even the wind blowing in the wrong direction, Apologetic became an annoyance on set. After every take during test footage he'd apologise for something or other and so the Casting Director decided not to use him. He later rang up the film company and apologised for not being what they were looking for.

Resentful was jealous of the other dwarfs auditioning. He is still bitter towards the 6 dwarfs that were finally cast. He holds a very large grudge against Ted Danson.

After causing an evacuation of the building whilst being audition, Gassy was considered a health and safety hazard and was subsequently banned from the film studio.

After not being asked to join the team initially, Unimpressed refused to even go and watch them play. After begrudgingly going along to watch the the Uncastables play their game against the Orphaned Orcs and commenting that the teams lack of skill was not something he'd enjoyed watching, he decided to accept the (4th) invitation to join.

In the 20 minutes that Clumsy was on set during auditions he managed to break the following -
- 2 tables
- 1 chair
- 3 mugs
- the cameraman's cat
- 2 windows
- a water pipe
- 3 arms
- 6 fingers (1 of which belonged to Ted Danson)
- 1 heart (which did not belong to Ted Danson)

Disrespectful couldn't understand why the actress playing Snow White wasn't making him a sandwich in every scene. Some of his views were "unairable" according to the film studio.

Twitchy is a recovering caffeine addict who can't quite stand still long enough. He speaks very quickly (for a dwarf) and has the attention span of overly excitable kitten.

Judgemental couldn't keep his opinions to himself. He was considered a front runner for the 7th dwarf roll (it was down to him or Ted Danson) until he commented on several actresses outfits.

Considered far too aggressive to be in a family film. Belligerent's planned to retaliate after the queen poisoned Snow White was something akin to how North Korea feels about its Southern neighbours.

Apprehensive was unsure whether to join the team at first. After being drafted in for the 2nd game of the league due to Snarky's injury he seemed to quite enjoy himself. A little slow at first, he soon got into the spirit of throwing blocks. However, when faced with the fiercesome Katie in his path he hesitated a moment, unsure of whether he could move her. He leapt, eyes closed, towards the Ogre. He opened his eyes. Katie lay helpless and bloodied on the floor. The crowd cheered.

He's a little nervous for his next game still.
