Blaž "Baka" Sliškovic often named as the Balkan Maradona has caped for Hajduk 101 times and scored 21 goals. Spectaors loved his dribblings and freekicks. He was well known for direct corner kick scores. Many people predicted him a great international career, but his life stlye and unlucky injuries stoped all the promessing words ...

He played fo Marseille, Lens, Pescara, Rennes and Mulhouse.

Zinedine Zidane named Sliškovic as one of his idols while growing up.
