Robert Frederick Chelsea "Bobby" Moore, OBE (12 April 1941 – 24 February 1993) was an English footballer. He captained West Ham United for more than ten years and was captain of the England team that won the 1966 World Cup. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest players of all time, and was cited by Pelé as the greatest defender that he had ever played against

Sir Trevor David Brooking CBE (born 2 October 1948) in Barking, Essex is a former footballer, manager, pundit and current director of football development in England. Brooking played most of his career for West Ham United making 647 appearances for the club. He won the 1975 FA Cup and the 1980 FA Cup in which he scored the only goal. He was also the club's player of the season on four occasions and caretaker manager on two occasions in 2003

Sir Geoffrey Charles "Geoff" Hurst MBE (born 8 December 1941) is a former England international footballer. A striker, he remains the only man to score a hat-trick in a World Cup final as England recorded a 4–2 victory over West Germany at the old Wembley in 1966.
He began his career with West Ham United, where he scored 242 goals in 500 first team appearances. There he won the FA Cup in 1964 and the European Cup Winners' Cup 1965.

Paolo Di Canio (born 9 July 1968) is an Italian former professional footballer. He made over 500 league appearances and scored over one hundred goals in the course of his playing career before moving into management.
Di Canio began his career in the Italian Serie A, playing for Lazio, Juventus, Napoli and A.C. Milan, before a brief spell with the Scottish club Celtic. He subsequently spent seven years in the English Premier League with Sheffield Wednesday, West Ham United and Charlton Athletic.

William Arthur "Billy" Bonds MBE (born 17 September 1946) is a former professional footballer and manager, who is most often associated with West Ham United with whom he spent 27 years as player and manager. He played 793 first-team games for West Ham in a career spanning 21 seasons.

Alan Ernest Devonshire (born 13 April 1956) is an English former footballer who is the current manager of Braintree Town. He was a wide midfielder who made his name in the late 1970s playing for West Ham United (1976–1990)

Philip Benjamin Neil Frederick "Phil" Parkes (born 8 August 1950, Sedgley, Staffordshire, England) is a former football goalkeeper.

Parkes was sold to West Ham United in 1979 for £565,000, a world record for a goalkeeper at the time. It is reported that Sexton, who by then was manager of Manchester United, put in six bids for the player but saw them all turned down. It was only the half million pound bid from West Ham United that QPR chairman Jim Gregory could not resist. Upon John Lyall's signing of Parkes it was thought that he was a huge risk due to the severity of the condition of his knees but his signing was to pay off as Parkes was to remain first choice keeper for the next ten years. Despite this longevity, however, he only ever gained one piece of silverware, when West Ham beat Arsenal 1–0 to win the 1980 FA Cup Final.

Ludek "Ludo" Mikloško (born 9 December 1961 in Prostejov) is a Czech retired football goalkeeper. Starting his career in his native Czechoslovakia, he played over 200 games for Banik Ostrava before moving to England where he played over 300 games for West Ham United. He later played for Queens Park Rangers where he was also goalkeeping coach; a role he later held with West Ham United. He played 40 games for Czechoslovakia and two games for the Czech Republic.

Antony Richard "Tony" Cottee (born 11 July 1965 in Forest Gate, Newham, England) is an English former professional footballer and manager who now works as a television football commentator.
As a player he was a striker from 1982 until 2001, notably playing in the top flight of English football for West Ham United, Everton and Leicester City. He was capped seven times by England, and played in the Football League for Birmingham City, Norwich City and Millwall. He also had a spell in Malaysia with Selangor and spent a season as player-manager of Barnet.

Martin Stanford Peters, MBE (born 8 November 1943) is a former football player and manager and a member of the England team which won the 1966 World Cup as well as playing in the 1970 FIFA World Cup. Born in Plaistow, Essex he played club football for West Ham United, Tottenham Hotspur, Norwich City and Sheffield United.

Playing most of his footballing career for West Ham United he appeared in 598 games for scoring 34 goals. With the club for 21 years, and winning the 1980 FA Cup Martin left West Ham in 1996 and played one season with Leyton Orient before moving into football management with Southend United. This lasted only two seasons before he started a career in the media on radio station talkSPORT and also as a pundit on Sky Sports TV football talk shows. Playing 17 times for England during the 1980s, Martin represented them at the 1986 World Cup.

Julian Andrew Dicks (born 8 August 1968), is an English former professional footballer, manager and former professional golfer.
Playing from 1985 until 2002, he was a defender, notably in the Premier League for West Ham United and Liverpool. He was voted West Ham's player of the year four times between 1990 and 1997.
