⁂ Tilea Slammers ⁂
"Bloody" Mario, as he is known on the pitch, is the team captain.
A dedicated professional, he is always available to help rookies, spends hours away from the game helping fans and charitable causes, and re-homes puppies in a wing of his mansion.
On the pitch, he is less forgiving...
Skills:
- mighty blow

+ jump up on doubles
+ leader ?
Sam Buca is a temperamental player. He has games where he does nothing... but if he pulls off a good play the confidence starts to flow and he starts to perform better and better. Its these occasions that have earned him his nickname, as Cabalvision commentators will often blurt out: Sam Buca - he's on fire!
Skills:
- probably reroll skills - maybe pro?

If Fabrizio Mojito doesn't want you to get past him, you don't get past.
He could have been a nobleman's bodyguard. He would have made an excellent doorman at a seedy tavern. But no... Mojito wanted to play Bloodbowl, and from an early age that's what he has done.
Career Highlights
* Scored both touchdowns in a narrow 2-1 win in
game 2, scoring the second on turn 7 of overtime.
* Scored a crucial touchdown in
game 3, running in an equaliser just before the final whistle to send the game into overtime (where neither team could fashion a winner, and the result was decided by penalties).
Skills:
- guard
- stand firm
- tackle
- mighty blow
+ diving tackle
Santiago Sangria is one of those players, who if you give him the ball on a Bloodbowl pitch, just puts his head down and charges off. He doesn't always have a great sense of direction, and he doesn't always get to his destination still carrying the ball, but when he gets into full flow is is nigh-on unstoppable.
Career Highlights
* Killed a beastman in
game 4.
Skills:
- juggernaut
- frenzy
- sure hands ?
+ not sure about doubles... side-step?
Margarita is several spoons short of a cutlery drawer. Whether he was dropped too many times as a child, whether he has taken too many blows to the head during training, or whether he was simply born into insanity, no-one really knows.
But what they do know is that he's almost fearless on the pitch, throwing himself into danger without flinching and sometimes even coming out of the other side relatively unscathed.
Skills:
- block
- frenzy
- dauntless
+ piling on
Martini is one of those human linemen who knows his place in the food-chain. He isn't particularly quick, or strong, or agile. He can't take a punch as well as many others can, and he sure can't play the ball as well as others. But what he can do, he does well. He knows his job on the team is to remove opposing players, and figured out early he could do this better when they are already on the floor, than when they may fight back.
Showing a quick-wit and immense cunning, which is where his nickname comes from, Martini has dedicated himself to the art of fouling, and is picking up a reputation (unfortunately for him, with referees as well as fans and players) for being pretty good at it.
Career Highlights
* Not exactly a highlight, but had his knee smashed in
game 3.
Skills:
- dirty player
- wrestle
+ sneaky git
+ guard
Benito Bellini enjoys the finer things in life... often more than he should. His considerable girth makes him a little slower than most other linemen, but he's harder to get around, and harder to knock over.
Of course, once he is over, it can sometimes take him a lot of effort to get back up again.
Skills:
- kick
- block
+ stand firm
+ guard
Pepe Pina-Colada desperately wanted to be a catcher, but his lack of speed let him down. However, he retains some of the poise and grace from his years of training, and is known to pop up from nowhere to throw a block on an unsuspecting opponent, or catch a ball that everyone thought was going loose.
Skills:
- wrestle
- tackle
- pro ?
+ diving catch
Damiano Daquiri is any coach's favourite kind of player. He always gives 100%, he is always first on the team coach for the game, and is usually last off the training ground because he's been helping to tidy up.
He's not that good at the game, but he's a trier... and coaches and fans alike love a trier.
Skills:
- block
- tackle
- fend
+ guard
Piscola grew up in Pavona, running amongst the low streets and stealing what he and his family needed to get by. He has taken the skills he learnt at a young age and adapted them for life on the pitch; he is not scared to use nails or concealed weapons to get one over on an opponent, and will generally make a nuisance of himself where-ever possible.
Skills:
- wrestle
- strip ball
- fend
+ sneaky git on doubles, then dirty player
G-Dak is a fan favourite. Hailing from Sartosa and proudly proclaiming his pirate blood, the crowd are always excited to see him run onto the pitch, with a bandana under his helmet and skull-and-crossbones adorning his kit. Stories of him partying hard after games with opposing cheerleaders are often circulated in the press, which just add to the boy-done-good feel which the fans love.
Daiquiri is prone to show-boating sometimes, which can be his downfall, but despite angering the coach this just endears him even more to "his" fans.
Skills:
- block
- dauntless
+ diving tackle

No-one quite knows where Harvey Wallbanger hails from, not even the ogre himself. He was living on the streets of Pavona and befriended
Paolo Piscola, and after the team's first four games, when the coach was looking to add some muscle, Piscola was quick to recommend his friend. Wallbanger has no known experience of the sport - he'd not even been to a game as a spectator - so quite how he will fare on the Bloodbowl pitch remains to be seen.
Skills:
- usual stuff: guard, stand firm, juggernaut or break tackle, piling on...
+ block, dodge, tackle, frenzy
Hailing from Trantio, Appletini was feared around the city states as one of the finest duelists in any of the noble families. A deft hand with a sword, his agile movement often meant opponents could not lay a blow on him and he would often taunt them for several minutes before striking himself.
Having moved his talents onto the Bloodbowl field, it was only natural that he would take a role as a catcher. Graceful in the air, fast, and able to slip away from markers with a trademark wiggle of his hips, Appletini is a talented player hoping to go far.
Career Highlights
* Scored the winning touchdown in
game 1... in overtime.
Skills:
- diving catch
- side step
- block
+ nerves of steel
