1st ever game . A very hungover Geggster for my 1st ever game . Was a surreal experience, PG must have stopped the game at least half a dozen times to be sick. I had no idea what I was doing and got many rules wrong. However somehow I managed a shock victory.

2nd ever game was again China’s favourite son, Lycos. I had never played Norse before and he absolutely battered me.

I distantly remember David saying “That’s the beauty of frenzy”. In fact I recall he said this approximately 1283 times during the game, at one point he tipped the scales at 19 “ that’s the beauty of frenzy “ in a single minute.

Lycos and I went to a Games workshop store event in Worcester. No one really knew the rules or had even heard of the NAF. Lycos "Sharked" them all, signed them all up to the NAF and Dinned out on their yummy free NAF ranking points.

Lowney aka Clowney – Not as good as his mate Ronnie 90210. I remember he once told me “ The thing about Norse is, you can throw all the players in and then what happens later is the aftermath”. I still to this day have no idea what this means.

The skills at the Brassbwl were allocated each round to a random player. By the time we played, He had a thrower with 4 skills!!!!, block, accurate, tackle and dodge. if I recall correctly.
