The guy who most of the time remembers to yell and throw the orders around.

His orders are obeyed always, as the orders he throws around hurt a lot, are found at the site of fires, and are still warm from the fire.
The Chief has been known to rob opponents of their helmets, various protectors and even boots and shoes to throw a couple of orders around during the matches.

His orders arent usually very good, conserning food a lot, and are more intimidation then worth something.

Still, his orders are the only thing that controls the team at times.

The Trukk usually pulls the rest of the team to the matches in their cart.
He was not allowed to carry the team anymore to his dissapointement after he took too many "snacks" on a particularly long trip.

The rest of the team has mixed feelings about the new arrangement, as being carried was fa more fun then being in a cart, although the cart is safer and it's easier to catch a nap on the gently rocking, hay-filled wagon.

Ladders knows what the sticks tied together are for, and instructs the others on using them, as well as provides the team with them.
Still, wooden ladders used against fires arent the safest choise, but he can't lift his stony ladders!

Some day he hopes to open a shop with high-quality ladders being sold, hiring many races to develope and build the ladders.
He actually has a devoted dwarf fan group, who would like to build some of his desings to him, but are too busy following the matches Ladders attends to.

The Dog however, had it a bit rougher, and now acts like a dog, squeking rather then talking. He also never has been housetrained...
Some of his friends think that this "half-doggyness" is a mean to escape the rough real world. Still, Blood Bowl would do that anyways, so the Dog is actually a very happy bloke, as long as his basket is kept in a warm place.

The Dog is overly eager to catch the ball, and getting him to give it up is a challenge for anyone.

Be it on the pitch, in a barfight or confronting his ex-wife, Squirt will not yield an inch in any matter he has his own oppinion about.

Being almost insanely brave, he spends a lot of time with the teams apotheracy.

Axe tends to get a little too exited about chopping through doors to save people, and just to chop the doors, and has caused the team trouble finding a place to spend the night, as the legend of a crazed gobbo with an axe roams all the places where Blood Bowl teams could spend a night.

Hydrant is actually a goblin inventor. Instead of coming up with ways to mange the opponent better, Hydrant has created several ideas on how to move water efficiently.
His greatest idea was a tank that could be attached to a troll, who could pump the water into a hose with great pressure. (a troll pumping causes that often...)
The pump however is unreliable, as the troll might break the handle, causing the pump to go out of control. The contraption also leaks badly, wasting water nicely.
The tank also looks a little like a cooked bird, earning it many bitemarks from the occasional hungry nibble of a troll.

The team also gets a general boost from Tire, as he is willing to help out almost at anything. Especially hitting and kicking the opponents.
