He also showed excellent skills as both a blocker and receiver. He was selected to help sure up the teams running game as well as his potential to become an excellent catcher down the road.

Selected as the teams 2nd Linebacker, (and to Coach Dufus Dimwit's delight) Jake is another player known for his lovely hair as well as his tackling. Jake is expected to be a force on defense as well as a solid blocker on offence. As a member of the Wolverines, he was a standout on Defense, something the Beers!!!! hopes will translate to the FDL.
Career Notes: Jake had the teams first ever Serious Injury Caused when he knocked TJ Heldon of the Los Angles Rums out with a Pinched Nerve. Unfortunately that was one of the few highlights from the season 1 opener as it ended in a Draw.

Being a solid tackler and excellent team player, he was the first Blitzer selected by the Beers!!! in the inaugural FDL Draft.
