Growing up, Zlatec always wanted to be a Blood Bowl player. After a few years in the minors he has finally achieved his dream of being a pro player. While apprehensive about his coach's abilities, he is nonetheless eager to take to the pitch and start knocking heads around!
After his first Winter season friendly match, Zlatec was feeling good about his performance. However he was frustrated about his teams' loss. This wasn't how it was supposed to be! He let it get to his head and under-performed in the second Winter friendly, staring off into space for half the match.
Going into Spring, Zlatec was still pretty upset at his coach, but was determined to do better. Unfortunately, he let himself get distracted for a moment at kick-off and promptly got his jaw broken by a Kroq-Ra.

Zlatxhol spent most of his adult life in prison for the murder of his spawn-mates. After the forming of the Teotiqua Oracles, his sentence was changed to spend the rest of his life using his "talents" for the glory of the team.
After the first Winter season match, Zlatxhol was quite satisfied with his performance of hurting one player. Satisfied that he was pulling his weight, he slacked off through the second game, oblivious to the plight of his team-mates around him. Come Spring, he realized most of his team was unhappy. Zlatxhol didn't care much, of course, but he was sick of all the mopey attitudes. He decided to do better, and flew into a rage when he saw Zlatec get injured in game one. Unfortunately, he later got gang fouled by his undead counterparts.

Quetli and Boqinzi are spawn-mates who grew up out in the country, spending their days hunting for the village and playing Jungle Bowl (a local variant of Blood Bowl). They came to the Temple-City of Teotiqua hoping to take their talents pro. As it turned out, their timing was good, and now they prepare for the "high life" of city Blood Bowl players.
So far they are disappointed to find that not only is Blood Bowl much more brutal than Jungle Bowl, but that just being on a pro team isn't enough to be a star.

Xlboq is the son of a fisherman. He loved fishing, but his father didn't want him to follow in his footsteps. So it was as soon as Xlboq and his spawn-mates were old enough for apprenticeship, he was shipped off to Teotiqua to join the minor leagues there. While he missed the quiet life of fishing, Xlboq turned out to be quite good at Blood Bowl. Now hes been scouted for the Oracles, and he is both nervous and excited to see what other kinds of Blood Bowl teams look like.
After his first Spring match, he now can't wait to go home.
Ankhaloq, according to her fellow skinks, is quite ugly. She joined the minor leagues years back in hopes of attracting a boyfriend. In her zeal to chase down the opposing team's male skinks, she became very competent at getting the ball behind the line. The Oracles signed her on in hopes that she'll be just as good at chasing down the ball-carriers of other species.
She misses the cute skinks from the homeland teams. So far all the Oracles have offered her is pain, suffering, and ugly non-skink ball carriers.
Garkrox thrives on the thrill of the chase. When he was young, he and his spawn-mates would play tag. Garkrox was never "it." His career in the minors has been impressive and he even holds a local record for touchdowns in one season. He hopes to hold this record again for the Oracles.
So far Garkrox has been pretty disappointed in his team and coach. He is angry that he has to sit out a game as he still wants to score a TD and prove his team isn't rubbish.
Hextenq was a failed mage-priest before becoming a Blood Bowl player. Her record in the minors has been unremarkable except for the fact that she has never suffered an injury. Rumor has it she uses some of the magic she learned at the Temple to protect her. It's probably just a rumor though...
With Winter ended and the first match of Spring over, her team-mates are convinced she does have powers protecting her. Hextenq is still unscathed in what has been a bloody year so far. She feels she needs to try and keep spirits up by leading by example and keeping a positive attitude. She has also been working on her 100 meter dash in secret.
Otta-uax has never played Blood Bowl in his life. He was so eager to be on the Oracles though that he wasn't turned away. (I.e. we couldn't get rid of him, we tried).
Oddly enough, he has shown a knack for survival so far. Otta-uax also appears to be the only player not suffering from low moral right now. Just where did this strange little guy come from?
