Marco Krieglitz-Untern
Marco is fourteenth in line to the heir of Count Krieglitz-Untern. Unfortunately for him he actually very talented both in athletics and academics. He would make a cunning and wise Parliamentarian but his succession is too far from reality. Marco hard nose knack for the books has secured him a full ride academic scholarship*. This also makes him have a penchant for detail as a Thrower.
His true love has always been Blood Bowl. As a teenager he had to hide his practice from his Mother, the third sister of Countess Elise herself, for she had always forbidden him to take the pitch to preserve his perfect set of teeth.** Now that he is a starting Thrower for his home town and pride the Talabheim Panthers his secret is out of the bag. As a man, he can now assert certain rights over mother’s lording, but his maternal fear still makes him vulnerable.
Although he isn’t fond of his new teammates the new circumstances have actually vaulted Marco into the starting thrower position. Now he will get a full three seasons as a “certain to touch the ball” player. What ever natural disdain or contempt for the new rag tag additions has been overwhelmed by gratitude and fortune.***

Alfonzo Feuerbach
Alfonzo is the 45th heir to Count Halmut Feuerbach.. His Royal credentials are obscure and far reaching but they are authentic. Alfonzo and his mother are often invited to family affairs and holidays at the Count’s estate. Alfonzo is talented but very spoiled. *
Alfonzo is ambivalent about the new four linemen. He does have a temper with a short fuse that the four linemen think is funny.**
Alfonzo is very jealous of Marco, especially when Marco’s aunt Countess Elise show’s up.***
*Alfonzo demands to carry the ball but is a rational team player.
**If any of the linemen cause a turn over for any reason Alfonzo loses his cool. If the linemen are responsible for two consecutive plays…Alfonzo stops for a turn to chew out the player who caused the turn over… if the linemen are responsible for a third consecutive turn over the Alfonzo goes nuclear. Alfonzo goes nuclear!!!.
*** Alfonso has a blinding childhood crush on Marco’s aunt the countess Elise.

Cornelius’ Father is a Lieutenant in Jens Leonhard’s Boatsmen’s League. Cornelius always hit the books to try and find loopholes in the trade laws for his father’s expanding shares. In the League. Leohard saw young Cornelius’s talents with numbers and gave him a tuition paid university education.
