Nuffle League: Season 3 Recruitment!
Greetings!
We have actively recruiting for the Nuffle League for the integration to the 2020 ruleset.
Are your games getting boring? Tired of playing Elves after Elves after Elves (Switch with any team you play against over and over)? Do you want to see a team full of odd misfits thrown together under one coach? Do you want to see a mixed team with the most agile players being dwarves? Come try out the Nuffle League.
The Nuffle League features every single player currently on any roster on Fumbbl. This includes the regular teams, the secondary teams (Brettonia, Simyin, and Slann), the Stunty Teams, the Secret League Teams, and CIBBL Modified Players - including their very own Carnival of Chaos, Relic Slann, and Blood Naga teams. I have compiled a list of 616 different players, all wanting to be on your team!
This is a Nuffle League after all, and Nuffle will show its fangs or feathers or flesh or whatever Nuffle has this day, it is always a toss up. Nuffle will assign you your team. Your team is rolled randomly for 11 players from that list of 616 players. This league is all about balance around the lack of balance. Your starting team value will be the highest TV in the league at the start of the seaon, with a starting reroll, apothecary, and 3 dedicated fans, it gives you some breathing room to create a good team.
If you are interested, please let me know and we will have Nuffle work their magic and get you a team all set up and ready to go. Everyone so far is having a blast and we try to make it fair for everyone. It does test your knowledge of the game as you will see everything.
We have players from both the US and European Time Zones. We are playing bi-weekly, 14 day roll overs. We are working on creating a US League and an European League if we can get enough players for both.

There is just one last question... Will Nuffle favor you?
1. You will roll 11d616 for your starting team. Regardless of TV, this is your starting team for a season. All players are available, from the regular teams, stunty teams, secret league teams, and CIBBL and BIBBL modified players.
2. Player contracts are for life. No Firing players, injuries are permanent, this player is yours, once a player dies, they are gone from your team, you cannot re-hire the same player once they perish on the field.
3. When you are ready to hire a new player, you will roll 3d616 and you HAVE to choose an option if you can afford it. If you cannot afford a player, you cannot hire a new player until after your next game.
4. If you need a Mercenary, you will be given a Thrall for a single game. You cannot hire them as they get no skills on levels.
5. Mercenaries that get SPP will keep that SPP. However if they steal the MVP, it will be allocated to one of your actual players. This league is for fun afterall, nothing like cursing out a mercenary after they leave the league.
6. Rerolls are 60k at team creation, 120k after. You will start with 1 reroll and the apothecary and 3 dedicated fans.
7. We are using the secret weapons weapons rules for each individual player. This means that players have the 6+/7+/8+/10+ rules. Some modifications have been made, most importantly the goblin stikka doesn't have a secret weapon, the knife is easily hidden.
8. Your team will have 7 Star Players join you for the season. To determine what star players you have available for a season, you will roll 7d76. These are your star players set for a season.
9. Games will be played on a bi-weekly basis. Weeks will roll over on Sunday evenings (or earlier if everyone plays their games early). Rollovers will occur at 06:00 Server time Monday// (10pm UTC-7 Sunday).
10. Main Communication is going to be on Discord. Please communicate on Discord as not everyone in this league checks Fumbbl Daily. We want our matches to be played, and Discord allows for more direct communication that can be verified between all parties. We don't want any forfeits, we love to watch the chaos.
