Yep, it predictably happened with him only 4 TD away from his last remaining goal.

In a match up against a coach who spoke almost no english Howie Makepeace got smooshed right at the end of this match when the result was already beyond us. Would have been nice to at least have some opponent gloating at his passing Very Happy

It was a brutal match for us. As anyone knows, Ogres kinda suck without dice rolling kindly. But boy did they roll kindly! I also played quite badly, which didn't help Very Happy

3 zombies dead, and the greatest zombie of all time one of them.

It's been a blast having Howie, watching people gangfoul, lightning strike and generally gun for him every outing was all part of his charm for me. I burned 2 potions on him to keep him going for more records. When I first made the team the only idea was to get the highest scoring zombie of all time. He thrashed that. So here's a list of his records and achievements. Not bad for an AG2 player Very Happy

I like to think of myself as a pixel appreciater, rather than hugger. I enjoy the whole thing including the sploosh. Was great fun to play with, especially when people weren't looking closely and didn't realise his stat-freakishness until too late Very Happy

A shame about the record, but gives our new ball carrier something to aim for!

A fitting obituary for Howie needs to find its way to the Grotty Little Newspaper staff. Such a legend - best of luck in finding his successor!
