Stalling:
I don't mind stalling. In fact, I think it is a perfectly valid tactics to secure a victory. I do it myself from time to time.
If you can't put pressure on a stalling team, you've lost the game anyway.

Fouling:
As with stalling, it is part of the game. I do NOT foul just for the sake of fouling. If I foul it is because I think it will help me to win the game. That is, you will never see me foul in turn 16.
