Disclaimer: I might drop out of a game anytime due to parkinsons, so please be prepared for that.

Tremors pretty much always occur when playing with mouse, but its usually within limits. But if it gets too much, I might just drop out due to the game being unplayable for me.

I won't drop out because I make a couple of misclicks due to it though. Only when every click becomes a quick time event.
