I have been a Blood Bowl fan for as long as I can remember. My brother introduced me to the Warhammer world when we were young. We played all of the games (at the time) at least once but my bro was a bigger fan of WH40K. That was until we found Blood Bowl, and after 2 or 3 friendly games, we got hooked. We stole 4 wooden doors out of someones back garden to construct our own Warhammer table in our attic/loft. We tried to get a league going but not enough people in the area played, or even knew about Warhammer. So following the failing of that, we just kinda played less and less until we discovered beer and stopped all together. A few years later, with a chance meeting at a new job, I got talking to one of the guys there and he mentioned FUMBBL. I figured I'd check it out and indulge my inner geek, and have been playing on here (on and off) since then.
Things you should know:
I have not been on Fumbbl for a very long time. So I would fully consider myself a noob again. Consider that your fair warning. :-)
I enjoy the game for what it is - A dirty blood sport
Yes, I might stall
Yes, I do foul - No, I don't care what turn it is
Yes, I might target key players - Big Guys, Stars etc.
No, I'm probably not that good of a player :-D
I tend to try and avoid being cherry picked, or do the cherry picking
And IF I should disconnect, I will do whatever I can to re-join the games ASAP.
