I played the tabletop game back several years ago, right at the end of 1st edition, I think. The first copy of the game I bought was the new 2nd edition box, and the expansion. Played quite a bit for a few months, local game shop did some leagues, and then didn't play for a while. Picked up DungeonBowl and got back into playing for a short time, and then again when 3rd edition came out. Quit playing a few months after that and didn't touch it until I discovered this web page. I now remember how much fun I had playing the game, and since I now live where there are few face to face chances to play, playing on this site is great! Also, this allows me to play new and different teams without resorting to proxy miniatures.

I also play 40K (several armies) and other GW games, but rarely now, with the lack of face to face opportunities. A drawback of living way out in the country, but thankfully, one of the few!

I'm married, no kids, but two dogs. The wrong side of 40, as they say, but I don't look at it that way. I still enjoy playing games too much to feel old!
