Previously a long-term FUMBBL player, drawn away from the gory world of Blood Bowl by Real Life nonsense like work and family. Back once again with a fresh taste for blood, but above all a good laugh.
I'm only a casual player, and not too serious when I play, but I'll give an honest and fair challenge to anyone who can return the favour. I'll accept any fouls, dirty players and stallers, but I won't take any crap from disconnecters, whiners or other people who can't accept a fair loss.
It's only a game, and I only play if it's fun for me and my opponents. The dice can suck sometimes, but that's all part of the wonder that is Blood Bowl.

Recent convert to the Stunty Leeg.
As unbalanced/broken/stupid/violent the Stunty Leeg is, it's a refreshing change from the petty-ness of the [R] division; quick, fun games played with nothing to lose.

Words of Wisdom from JanMattys:
- Keep FF high (win, score 2 Tds, score 2 cas)
- Learn to love the team, not the players. Do not fall in love with your niggled uberplayer, no matter how important he is for your team. The more he is worth in TR points, the more he has to go for the good of the team: low tr = higher money). Also, if you need to put your blodge av6 catcher next to a claw/rsc/tackle warrior in order to win a game, do so. Screw the players, love the franchise.
- Not all teams can survive a prolonged streak of games vs bashers. Having guts and developing suicidal tendencies is not the same thing. Learn the truth behind this and don't let yourself be fooled by those who say you're a cherrypicker for refusing their all-claw/rsc chaos teams after having faced three orcs in a row.
- Don't make high TR a primary goal for your team. Consider the w/t/l record a far better and cooler indicator of your skills. This means that if you need to put your 126 spps catcher near a claw/rsc tackle guy in order to win a game, you have to do it. If the catcher dies and TR falls, it's all good. Personally, if my TR 250 humans win but get a beating and get back to TR 190, I'm happy.
- Don't be scared by damage enhancers like mb, claw and rsc. Tackle and Guard win games, Mb and Claw sometimes do, sometimes don't. All in all, an all-mb orc is a far weaker opponent than an all-guard one.
- Do not play dirty if you can't afford it... it will do more harm than good to your team, if you have to face an angry opponent.
- If you play dirty, go all the way down the road and make sure your (angry) opponent won't have a chance to retaliate.
- Av7 teams usually have easy access to many skills that boost survivability (blodge, sidestep, high ma) and usually are so much better at scoring that their w/t/l will boost their ff as well.
- As a rule of thumb: a team is NEVER really doomed. Not even when they only have 7 players available. If you're determined to take a team back to life, you can do it and it's a very satisfying thing to do.
