Pretty out-dated. Will update eventually.

I play Bloodbowl for fun and team development (there are so many interesting things you can do with a team besides winning...) - and don't like unnecessary bloodshed. What I do enjoy is a nice chat with my opponent.
I usually accept all challenges and don't criticize my opponents way to play. It's a game and everyone has his or her own style.
