I enjoy playing Bloodbowl. I also enjoy a good game of chess, though I seldom play these days. Both games are complex and excellent games of strategy, Bloodbowl with the humourus (and gratifyingly bloody) touch. We all play the game different, some like a game of air-hockey or kicker, always shooting from the hip, some like a game of pool or chess, enjoying the possibilites. To me, the opponent is what makes the game interesting. Yes we play with the odds in mind, but sometimes you just give a shit and go ahead and end up with spectacular plays and turns of the game that can be just so rewarding.
