An American Indian elder described his own inner struggles this way: "Inside of me there two dogs. One of the dogs is mean and evil. The other dog is good. The mean dog fights the good dog all the time." When asked which dog wins, he reflected for a moment and replied, "The one I feed the most."

About Me:
I have taken my first steps on the road to success. I now have an AA degree in Anthropology from Santa Fe Community College and am now working to get into the University of Florida to continue my quest to be an Archeologist. As far as I know, I am the first person in my family to earn a college degree of any kind. For me that's a high honor as I never expected to get past the first few classes. At graduation, my overall GPA was 3.4, not too bad for a guy who has the same aversion to Math as Superman has to Kryptonite.
Currently, I am back at Santa Fe College working on an Information Technology degree. This degree will enable me to make use of the technology involved in modern Archeology.
I've played BB since 3rd Edition and have been hooked on the game ever since. I own several painted teams that include Undead, Necromantic, Orc, and Lizardmen. This site is my first real experience with on-line gaming and so far has been more good than bad.
Prior to discovering Fumbbl, all of my Blood Bowl games were table top.
Teams I am reluctant to play against:
Chaos Dwarves-
I have won very few games against Chaos Dwarf teams, either here or in table top play. I will only play against a Chaos Dwarf team if I am part of a League or involved in a Tourney and no other time. The Bull Centaurs unbalance the team...
Teams I will never coach:
Vampire
Ogre
The teams I have the most fun coaching:
Goblins
Undead-
I don't coach an Undead team because I feel it gives any sort of advantage during play. I coach an Undead team BECAUSE it's an Undead team.
Necromantic
My Favorite Teams:
Undead, Necromantic, Goblin, Orc, Skaven and Amazon...
Table-Top Tourneys:
Three Kingdoms Challenge II(2005) - Finished 21st Place (Lizardmen).
Three Kingdoms Challenge III(2006)- Finished 3rd Place (Orcs).
I ALWAYS look at any challenger's team or team homepage BEFORE I decide to accept the challenge presented to me. It there is more than a +10 difference in TR, I WILL NOT accept the challenge. On the flip-side, I WILL NOT play a team than is -10 or lower in TR than any team I have up on the Gamefinder at the time. Especially, newly created teams, ie: ones that have never played a single match. I prefer as even a game as possible and let the fates decide the outcome.
On the subject of Leagues & Tourneys:
I am available to play the scheduled games pretty much any time, WITH ADVANCE NOTICE. Let me know ahead of time, at least one day, what time works best for you. I will work with you to reach a time that is agreeable for both of us.
Tourney & League Reliability:
Unless something comes up I have no control over, I will always make any agreed upon time to play. Also, if I get advanced warning of some important event I must attend, I will notify the League or Tourney Commish and the coach I'm supposed to play against. This way arangements can be made to extend a deadline and the like.
Right now the only thing I have no control over is my military obligation. There will be one weekend out of every month in which I will not be able to play any Blood Bowl games what-so-ever. Also, since I live in Florida, we occasionally get hit by a major hurricane and I get activated to serve on active duty until such time they no longer need me. This can last anywhere from a few days to a few weeks or even longer, depending on the size of the mess left behind. In these cases, I may not have time to tell anyone I'll be away from fumbbl. In these cases, I will have my wife contact/PM the Admin about the situation as well as other relivent persons.
On the subject of playing the game in general:
I am here to have a good time, regardless of whether I win or lose, and pursue that end vigorously. The end result of the game is not as important to me as the playing of the game.
Following the Rules of the site:
While I am not a "rules nazi" I do respect and follow the rules of this site to the best of my ability. I expect those I play against to do the same.
Fumbbl Tourny's:
Corpse Maulers made it to the 3rd Round of Gary Gygax Memorial Tourny before being eliminated by extremely bad dice rolling...
