Just started playing the game again after a 15 year break. Has been a steep learning curve from 2nd Ed to current rules but I feel I'm getting there. Certainly having my arse spanked less.
Don't mind cherrypickers, as I'm clearly a cherry, but am no longer foolish enough to take +30/-10 games, Giving a handicap to a stronger side is not a challange just suicidal and it ill befits a gentleman to suggest such a match.
I'll take most challenges (see above), have only retired 2 teams (in FQ to make room), I've made mistakes designing teams but there is a sense of avcheivement in turning them round and getting it right. Perserverence is the one of the keys to success in sport.
I like one turners, have some myself and don't mind playing them. High scoring games raise FF, and speeds up play. If you can't defend against them you're not trying hard enough.
I don't like fouling. In fact I detest those who foul when the game is clearly over, bar the fat lady and are just trying to reduce my team for fun, especially fouling expensive players in turn 16. If your just malicious and sheer bloodlust is your thing play me in stunty.
