As none of you know, i am a mental health nurse. Yeah yeah, i am not gay, although at the moment i have no proof to prove i am not but neither do you.

Anyway i have recieved an injury in the most pussiest way ever, i had to squat in a restraint for a long time and now my knees hurt. Not cool, not cool at all. Got the rest of the shift off, and i am off to the GP. Wish me luck, i dont want another knee op.

+++Injury Update+++

Well apparently due to me already having a fixated patella in one knee, the muscles in both don't work the way they use to, and so my left knee does more work! So beware if you have nobbly knees!!

So in English, i was in an awkward posi for too long, a bit like last night with your mum....Oiiiii!!!
