The Mordheim Morticians Preperation ACC Match V Prez's Big Belly Dwarfs
Well i would like to start off it was great to meet Prez a very nice friendly guy and also it was good to see a guest appearance from juck101 who also decided to pop down to have a game against Prez.
Prez's Big Belly Dwarfs won the coin toss and elected to receive the ball, Prez started to make a move down his right hand flank so i shifted my defence to block him off, about 7 squares away from my endzone his Runner dropped the ball and the half was over.
Very happy with the defence to keep the score at 0-0.
Bit of first half action the Big Bellys ganging up on two Ghouls -
2nd half saw the Undead receive and started off very solid shifting the ball to the left and right flanks each turn to keep the Dwarfs from guessing which flank the Undead would attack before making there move down the left side with a Ghoul one square away from the Dwarfs end zone.
I left it so a Dwarf Blitzer could get a single die blitz with 2 GFI's which he pulled of after having to reroll a GFI, Next turn the Ghoul stood up and dodged onto the ball which fell into the end zone to make it 1-0 to the Undead.
With only 3 turns to go i was fairly confident i could defend for 3 turns after defending for 8 in the first half but how wrong, The Dwarfs made a break again down his right flank which i would of covered till the dreaded.............
Double SKULLS!
Which resulted in 1 Ghoul protecting the Dwarfs right flank
Who was easily knocked a side and the Dwarf Runner ran home passing the 2 GFI's he needed to make the game 2-2 on turn 8.
Great game Prez it was very enjoyable, Lets hope you can move down here so we can have matchs like this on a weekly basis.

Hello mate, yeah had a good evening of BB, your rookie deadies played well, with the only one dreaded double skulls and my lack of not breaking your AV, oroving to make your defence nigh on unbreakable, so in retrospect maybe a draw was fairer result :)
