Hi! Don't worry about it ... you've only played 12-13 games so far and it's normal to lose quite a few when you first start out. Have you tried the [A]cademy? I hear it's a good place for new coaches to learn. There's also the 145 Club in [L], run by Koadah, that has leagues and tourneys for newer coaches.

If you had mastered it all at this point - dont you think the game would get BORING very soon?
It really does not - because we all can still improve (some greatly others more moderately)
Just hang in there - and take the time to (between games) to checkup on what errors you have made earlier

Play a while, then ask for advice. Post a match in the forum that you thought you played well but it went badly anyway, and ask how you could do better.
