Most will recommend higher fan factor to begin with, you will be replacing a lot of players. Remember to score with the linemen where possible, you will need skills on every player on the team. Good luck!

Kryten speaks a lot of sense, have a look at my early matches for an idea of what not to do :D
Be prepared for a LOT of injuries and fatalities on your team.
