Good evening, ladies, gents, and trolls!
Welcome back to the LEGENDS of the NBFL, where we talk about phenomenal players all post long!
Tonight, we're inviting the BEST of the BEST, the TOP 4 LEGENDS playing in the NBFL today!
At number four...
#4:
J. Fonoti | Orc Blitzer | Destroyt Ork City | 262 SPP
This Orc is an alumni of Hawaii, standing alongside fellow legend and alumni of Hawaii, Broadway Joe, and they share the same role on their respective teams. They both carry the ball and slam it down the field. Fonoti holds the distinction of being the number one active touchdown scorer and rusher in the NBFL. He turned in an astounding 16 touchdown season in the last season. Will he crush this number in his new division?
#3:
Teresa "Aladdin Sane" Gervase | Necromantic Werewolf | Kaepsburg Kneelers | 274 SPP
Another speedy product of the Western Illinois NCBB program, Teresa is the most athletic legend on this list, with some serious legs on her. Her prowess in the scrum is sort of lacking, but considering she's able to run the length of the field with one touch of the ball, that makes her a real threat to be reckoned with no matter what. She turned in 13 blisteringly fast touchdowns last season!
#2:
J. Anderson | Orc Blitzer | Destroyt Ork City | 331 SPP
The third legend standing in the Destroyt lineup, J. Anderson is an alum of Texas Christian University. Although he's second on this list, his penchant for carnage is second to none! Possessing no unusual athletic ability, this hard worker has cut a massive swath of causalities through the NBFL. The trio of Legends on the Destroyt Ork City team will be looking to take on one of the most skilled teams in NBFL history in their division, in a bid for the championship in Season 22.
AND THAT BRINGS US TO THE MOST LEGENDARY NBFL PLAYER AT NUMBER ONE!
WITH A STAGGERING AMOUNT OF SPPs AT 341, WE HAVE....
#1:
Karst Hadl | Human Blitzer | San Dogo Chompers | 341 SPP
One of the oldest players, if not THE oldest, at 210 games played, we have Karst, who was a midseason walk-on. He distinguished himself as one of the premier hitters in the NBFL, with no unusual skills or rare abilities whatsoever, just good old fashioned piling on with mighty hits. Over his long career, he has lost the spring in his step, and lost some agility...
<A aide runs up on the stage, and whispers in the announcer's ear>
WHAT
<More whispering>
That's an outrage!
Okay, give me a second to gather myself here.
News has just come in. During this program, in the draft, San Dogo's legendary coach, Kryten has decided to cut Karst Hadl, in favor of a wet-behind-the-ears upcomer named, uh, let me check...
<Whisper>
Jared "Freighttrain" Hassin? Such an egostical name for such a nobody, hmph!
We will be watching his career closely, to see if his selection justifies the retirement of the ABSOLUTE TOP DOG OF THE NBFL!
That's all the time we have tonight, folks! Thanks for tuning in. Watch this channel, we'll be showcasing some departed LEGENDS in NBFL history throughout the season.
