How lame some coaches can be when it comes to issuing and accepting challenges. Last night I had an experience, which is the perfect example. I got a challenge by coach who wanted to play my 141 TS, pretty much skill-less, still developing, Pro Elfs, with his 141 TS Khemri, with 3 DP skellies and 4 mummies. I politely refused and offered him a game with my 142 TS Dwarfs.
He refused, saying 'I only want the elfs'. What is up with that? Here we have a guy who is clearly not looking for an even match - he's looking for something to butcher. Take a look at the match history of this team:

It amazes me and saddens me that people will do this. It might explain why I've been having extreme trouble finding any games with my bashy teams.
My theory is: There are a lot of bashy coaches out there, who play for the cas first, and to win second. That's really ok with me. That is IF they have the balls to pick fights with people their own size, or maybe even bigger once in a while. But it seems there's people who simply won't take a game where their own guys might get hurt, or where they might not be able to rack up the cas that they so love to inflict.
These people are parasites. They scare away new players by picking silly matches with rookie coaches.
I don't mind people building a teamwrecking bunch of DP-filled Khemri or Zombies. I don't mind people elfballing their squishy teams to a high TR. I even don't mind that many people tend to cherrypick a bit, as long as it's not silly.
I do mind people who won't take a game unless they have a massive advantage. But there's quite a bunch of them out there - and they are the reason one can sometimes sit on a gamefinder full of teams for 30 minutes and not find any games that aren't completely silly challenges, by people who just want to wreck a team.
Get a grip, people. Grow some balls. If you want to bash and dole out the cas, be prepared to take some as well.
